7 Day Tour Fes Marrakech

Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga

Today we Start our 7 Day Tour Fes Marrakech from your Riad/ Hotel in Fes or in a Nearby piont for car. Then drive to Merzouga via Ifrane an Midelt. During our Journey we will experience glimpses of Middle Atlas and Higher mountains, as known Midelt is the Capital of apples in Morocco. Half way, Stop at Azrou, A berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest the largest in Morocco, where we’ll see some Wild Monkeys, and take a short walk through the forest to have some pictures. Then we continuing through the Tizi N´talghamt pass to Midelt via the magnificent Ziz Gorges carved through volcanic rock.

we have time to stop for a panoramic views along the way as the Ziz Valley, as known it’s  the second largest river in Morocco. Once arrive in afternoon the Dunes of Erg Chebbi in Merzouga, which has the largest nature underground body of water in Morocco. On arrival at sahara desert, we will be welcomed by a cup of mint tea. Before joining on our camel ride for an hour through the stunning dunes. The beautiful sunset and clear blue sky you will take your breath away and provide an unforgettable moments. Overnight will be in a Nomad tent with a traditional dinner. Have fun and enjoy listening to the Berber music around the campfire under an amazing full starry sky.

Day 2: Merzouga 4wd Excursion

Today we start our Merzouga excursion around the erg chebbi dune from your Hotel with an expert guide. For four  hours of exploring, visiting at first  katarian museums of old cars in tannamoust. Then the association Gnawa in khamlia where most of black people those who came from the  west of africa from a  long time ago and  settled in Morocco. Enjoy our time listening to their beautiful songs with a glass of tea after an hour of fun. We take our way thought the nomads exploring there way of life.

then we  start again towards mefiss, the most amazing place on Berber people where they working in extracting Eyeliner, from the mountains since many years ago. Here where the French army were lived From colonial days. Keep going to have our lunch in a local restaurant that’s a delicious pizza Berber. After  having our lunch we get back to your Hotel/ Tent for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges

This morning will be an early one in our tour, we will wake up and hike up the dune in order to enjoy what may just be the best sunrise in your life. After breakfast and a much needed shower, you will meet your driver guide to start a New day of adventure. Depart to Rissani city which known as the first imperial city, with its interesting marcket where the nomads come from all over regions to sell their livestock and buy what they needed.

we arrive Bomalen Dades as known is a small town in Tinghir Province, Drâa-Tafilalet, Morocco. Most of its residents, like those of the Dades Valley, are berber people, Boulmane Dades as known is originated from an old way of transhumance, controlled by many tribes, as Ait Atta tribe in jbel saghro, Ait Sedrat tribe, and Ait Hdiddou,etc. We enjoy our overnight in a lovely Hotel/ Riad with dinner.

Day 4: Dades Gorge – Ouarzazate

We will Wake up early and have breakfast before departing to the majestic sand castels and rock formations as known by “monkey toes”. Drive along the amazing valley of roses reaching Skoura, where we´ll visit the Amredhyle Kasbah. This Kasbah is one of the wonders of the southern ” Route of Thousand Kasbahs “. We stop for a break of lunch. Then later we head on towards to Ouarzazet the Door of the Desert, is a city in southern Morocco.

Ouarzazate is the capital of the province of the same name, which is part of the Sus-Masa-Draa region. It is frequented by tourism. Because of its proximity to the Atlas Mountains, and the Draa River valley. Its name comes from a Berber phrase that means “without noise” or “without confusion.” As for Taourit, which is the name of his kashba or alcazaba, he makes reference in the regional Berber to which it rises on a mound.

At this town there are some important film studios in Morocco, called Atlas Studios, where renowned international producers work. If we arrive early you will have the option to go farther towards Fint passing the “plateau de pierres” here you will visit the inner Oasis to take some of your best photographic shots, of life, back to your accommodation for overnight and dinner.

Day 5: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben haddou – Marrakech

After taking breakfast, we start our Fes Marrakech 7 Day Tour by visiting Taourirt Kasbah in center of Ouarzazet. Then Ait Ben Haddou kasbah, the important Kasbah in Morocco. Here you will have the opportunity to visit this old mud site. which is now a UNESCO World Herotage Site. These studios are the ones that occupy the greatest extent in the world and are located about 5 km west of the city of Ouarzazate. In addition to their cinematographic function. They represent a great tourist attraction, and are guided tours.

Taking advantage of the existence of these film studios, the spectacular landscape and its buildings, that has built by T-Hami El Glaoui, one of the last berber chieftains who dominated the whole region. Then we visit Telouet Kasbah, which is located in the middle of the mountains. Passing by Tizi – N -Tichka mountain pass, we will reach Marrakech. Drop you off in your riad for overnight. Arrive at your hotel at Marrakech.

Day 6: Marrakech guided tour

Today you have a free Morning to explore Marrakech city with a local tour guide of the area Marrakech as known is one of the most important cities in Morocco, has 1,500,000 inhabitants and is in the south of the country, at the foot of the Atlas, at 466 meters above sea level. It has numerous World Heritage monuments, which make it the main tourist attraction in the country. Beside, It is the old city, protected by a cordon of bastions made of red earth that enclose a maze of alleys and palaces, markets and mosques, domes and minarets.

The Medina of Marrakech has been declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 1985. Currently being one of the must-see places. Its heart is the great Jamaa el Fna square, to the north of which the labyrinth of the Suks (traditional markets, often discovered) opens. Continuing north are the Ben Youssef Mosque and Madrasa and the Marrakech Museum. However, over the centuries the rulers of the city which been installed.

Today the area is dominated by the Royal Palace. Erected on the ruins of the previous Almohad palaces, which occupies a vast area surrounded by walls. (the so-called Kasbah, which means fortified citadel) and is not open to the public. But you can visit the Bahia Palace and Dar Si Said, built in the 19th century by two visions of the sultans and the imposing ruins of the great Badi palace, in this journey we will explore firstly Koutoubia mosque, secondly Saadian tombs, thirdly the Menara Garden and lastly the Bahia Palace. After lunch in the city square, you’re free to walk out and explore much more about this fabulous city. Visit the souks, the old Medina and the Jamaa El-Fna square. Dinner and overnight stay in a Moroccan restaurant.

Day 7: Transfer to the Airport

Today is the last day of our 7 Day Tour Fes Marrakech, we will drop you off in airport from here our services will finish.
